That's all I really seem to know about her though because Miss America's Outstanding Teen doesn't seem to get a whole lot of publicity, press, or recognition. Not only was the pageant not aired on TV but the "titleholder" section of their website still displays last years winner. That is not very outstanding at all! Poor Taylor.
